A little background about our company recent needs to be told in case some people don’t know. On Oct 4th, 2007 our webhost stole our 20 websites, domain names, files, and email accounts. We lost everything we have and anything we would have made in the future…which is an estimated $5Mil. That’s a lot of money but that’s what happens when you’re the in the top 3 on Google for everything you do.
Well with that loss we almost closed shop until I realized I could do a push on eBay with what coins we had left. I did this in order to save our company and make enough to rebuild and get going again. I normally would have never done this and I usually reserved selling coins strictly on our website to have better control on who buys the coins and not just anyone off the street. So for a long 3 week period we have been unloading coins so we could at least run our business and start saving people a lot of money again and support veterans, and everything else we do.
So like saving whales, and dolphins, I am also into saving my ass and I will do what I have to do to feed my family in the end. This all meant I had to suck it up and offer my unique coins at half price or lower on eBay. Just think if you just lost everything…what would you do?
We normally never run into issues with individuals or units that want to save a lot of money when they purchase coins. When people compromise we make great coins and everything is perfect. We have no disrespect for anyone’s desire to keep their coin from being sold. In fact so much we just don’t do those orders and it keeps it very simple so that way they can never even be accidentally sold. Pride is one thing we have and also honesty. We will never try to disguise our business model in any shape or form.
Sometimes we do find that some people didn’t take the time to read what we write on the site and it later comes back in questioning the integrity of our company. This is where things get messy, but before I explain let me say that if you don’t care that we make your coin, but would like us to hold off on selling it for a week, month, year, or so on then we do respect that. We are very easy to work with and try to keep everything on the up and up.
In a recent conversation with someone that seen we were selling their coin on eBay and was very disappointed in it. I can relate and understand this, however I have it written everywhere except on my forehead and wanted to share this example with everyone so you won’t fall into the same thing. Knowledge is power and when you read you understand. We only want everyone to completely understand the process and nothing less. Got a question? Just ask, I will spend hours on the phone with you explaining what we do, just don’t expect hours of girl talking.
