You can always return your items for reason of incorrect order, unhappy with the product within 14 days of receipt of your order. A 20% restocking fee will go against the return. We do not accept an item once it’s been used, damaged, or anything other than our fault. We send top quality products out and we strive to give the best customer service you have ever seen. We understand there will be times that a product needs to come back for one reason or another.

We ask you try to work with us on any issue through phone or email so we can make sure we had the opportunity to correct any problems.  Before returning an item you must contact us to provide information on the reasons or a refund will not be given. We give refunds on a case by case basis and work to correct the product with one that is the same or equal to the one purchased.

In case a last resort of our abilities to correct the order has failed we will ultimately refund the purchase price only and not shipping cost. The USPS won’t refund our payment to them for your product and we will not do the same.
