Selling coins our customers make helps us attract other clients and collectors through unique coins. Most collectors’s that by coins are veterans that are disabled, retired, or otherwise unable to “earn” a coin through any other means but buying one. We do the orders free of charge. We are the only site that truly does this and all we ask in exchange is 10 pieces to sell. You will never get extreme quality for next to nothing anywhere else.

We here at USCC.com strive for the best service and results of our customers and collector’s. Since we have a very accessible policy about selling 10 pieces of each we make, we have decided to change policy. First the old policy:

1. Coins come in from factory and they go on the website for sale within 2 days of arrivals (90%, some we don’t sell because they hold no value….like retirement coins)

2. Coins come in and they go on eBay from 12 hours-7days of arrival.

That was pretty much how we did the coins that came in and from time to time we would get a note about a disagreement with our policy. Today on November 1, 2007, effective immediately coins we make will go under the following rules:

1. All coins that arrive from factory will be available on the website (www.uschallengecoins.com) 30 days minimum from arrival date. It may be longer but we have established a minimum date to ensure clients have the opportunity to do as they wish with coins before we introduce them.

2. All coins that arrive from factory will be available on eBay 90 days after arrival if we happen to be selling during the quarter at that time. 90 days is ample time for any customer to sell, distribute, gift, or any other intentions.

We feel establishing a timeline for open sales of client coins is a great way for everyone to know what to expect.  The reason for the difference in time for the 2 different sites is exposure. eBay is a lot stronger exposure at this point in time than our site and we realize that time differences need to be different.
