Distribution of individual coin orders for a custom coin order happens when there are 50 or more individual shipments. We will handle the shipments as long as the order is made through 1 person.
Requirements:
- 1 person works the custom order
- Mold Fee is paid before we take individual orders
- Individual orders must go through the store system
- We accept all payments
- We track all shipments
- We include base coin price, payment fees, and shipping fees for each coin
- A URL is given to the person doing the order to give out to buyers
- Each coin order is given a finite time the coin is available to order from our store
- Our Pricing Policy still is able to be used
- We do not cut a check after the sales for fundraising, the price is the price as if it was shipped to one person.
This policy helps forums or organizations that have members around the world that can’t be at one location to be handed a coin. It is one additional tool we offer so coins can get to everyone.
One example of this is a forum with many members. They may want to do a coin for their group but the Admin doesn’t want to ship a coin to 500 members. We make the coin, then make the number requested for the forum and only that amount is sold to the members. The members receive a link to the coin for sale at the price we have set according to the Admin and each member can order directly through our website and we will ship every single order for the forum. This can be a very handy option for large groups that don’t want to take on the logistical aspect of it all.
