Your Coin in Our Store
U.S. Challenge Coins, LLC has the unique business model that no other company has. In exchange of making your coin for cost and NOT adding fees, hidden charges, or padding for huge profit, we ask that you allow us to sell 15 pieces per order in our store. You do not pay for those 15 pieces, we do. This helps us provide collector’s from around the world with awesome coins and keeps your budget safe. This has been our policy since we began in the challenge coin business. This does apply to all our offerings.
Your Coin Not in Our Store
Sure, you are probably saying “I don’t want my coin sold” or “No way, my coin is too precious for that”. We understand. So for situations where your coin is too special to be in our stores (here, eBay, Amazon, Challenge Coin Auctions, and Mall of Coins), we have the “Exclusive Price Table”. We add 20% onto your order and take the profit we would have made from you instead of the collectors and in exchange your coins never land in our store. We usually mint a few display coins to add to our portfolio though.
Collector’s Buying Your Coin
The coins in our store are bought by collector’s that have no way to earn your coin or collect it because of location, time, or ability. It’s not their fault they weren’t in the most prestigious units. All they want is some of the finest coins that money can buy for their racks. Our buyers are not individuals looking to grab their commander’s coin because it is fun to show it off in the shop. These collector’s are in England, Canada, Japan, and other countries around the world as private citizens.
The point of this policy is that we want to save you money, build our reputation, and service collectors as well as buyers.
