Store Orders

When making a purchase through U.S. Challenge Coins, LLC you can be assured you are getting a great product. We stand behind our quality and offer a no questions asked 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with what you have received you may send it back for a full refund. All we ask is that you send the item back in the same condition it is sent, which is brand new. We do not sell used items and quality check each and every product before it goes out the door to you.

You have up to 30 days to return anything that you have bought for a replacement or full refund of the product price. We are happy to serve our customers and hope that you will continue to use our company for all your collectible needs in the future.

Shopping with us couldn’t be easier when you know that we will stand behind our products. Just search, buy, and wait for delivery. It’s that easy. If you need help or have questions about your order please feel free to contact us during our business ours and we will do whatever we can to resolve your issue.

Custom Orders

Our custom return policy covers our custom services such as custom challenge coins, embroidery products, lapel pins…etc. These are handled slightly different since they are custom and usually worth a lot more than a small store order. So let’s say you designed a coin with us and didn’t like the end result. Have no worries, send them back and we will pay for the U.S.P.S. Flat Rate only. Please do not use any other service as we will not cover it.

We will refund your full amount without question, but we will not remake your order unless the issue is our fault. We have learned that some customers can not be entirely pleased so instead of wasting additional time we don’t remake coin orders unless the mistake was ours to begin with. This is because if you didn’t like it the first time then we can’t promise you will like it the second. This is not personal, but custom work is very expensive.

We reserve the right to sell any order that we refund or remake to ensure we recoup our loses. Regardless of reason, we will sell anything that comes back to our company. A refund is the process of buying back your product from you. Once we have completed the refund we own the product and will sell them through our multiple stores to include eBay, Amazon, Challenge Coin Auctions, Challenge Coin Daily, and others. We do recycle coins and each is hand crafted. The waste of throwing them away is too great.

In order for you to receive a refund the product must arrive back at our warehouse in brand new condition. We will review the contents to ensure the same quality we sent out has returned. Once we have inspected everything we will promptly provide you a refund by check or Paypal if the payment was made by that method.
