When making a purchase through U.S. Challenge Coins, LLC you can be assured you are getting a great product. We stand behind our quality and offer a no questions asked 30-day return policy (see note below). If for any reason you are unsatisfied with what you have received you may send it back for a full refund. All we ask is that you send the item back in the same condition it is sent, which is brand new. We do not sell used items and quality check each and every product before it goes out the door to you.

You have up to 30 days to return anything that you have bought for a replacement or full refund of the product price. We are happy to serve our customers and hope that you will continue to use our company for all your collectible needs in the future.

Note* Since 2007 our policy has always been to make returns easy and painless. We sell all returned goods on eBay, our store, and our other outlets to recoup the money we have lost by returns on goods that are in perfect condition. If you return your product for a error on your behalf regarding a custom order we refund completely as long as your coin is sellable. We work extremely hard to make the product exactly as you requested and stand behind our work. If the error is your error and not ours and your coin can't be sold then we will only provide a remake of your coin at your cost, so there is no unconditional return when this unique situation arises.
