Our shipping policy is very speedy. We ship within 24 hours of payment for individual sales and custom orders go out the same day we receive them from the factory. We do not ship on Sundays, Holidays, or during emergency closures. We do not want anything piling up in our warehouse so getting your purchase out the door is priority one.
All shipping goes out through USPS unless some kind of agreement has been made prior to shipping. We ship all individual sales through USPS First Class mail. All custom coins go out USPS Flat Rate Priority. We have shipped over 100,000 packages since we first started and rarely does an order not arrive safely. If something were to go wrong just let us know and we will fix it.
We track 100% of all packages that go out the door. So if it has taken longer than expected please let us know so we can track it down. Getting your product from us to you is huge deal for us and we take pride in fast service.
