Thank you for your interest in being a part of our wholesale program. We are very excited to offer this opportunity and build a long relationship in the challenge coin industry. We know and understand the business very well and having a source of outstanding coins is key to a successful business model. This is where we can directly help your business grow by offering our unique and high quality coins for you to sell through your channels.
There are somethings that we are looking for in adding wholesale accounts. We firmly believe saturation in any market is bad for everyone. We will only allow a certain amount of retailers to join our wholesale program to ensure the U.S. Challenge Coins brand and market saturation doesn’t negatively affect our product. This is why the questions below are important and we ask that you answer all of them correctly. If it is discovered that your application does not match with what we review you will be terminated from the program. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information and will annually review our vendors.
What is required to join? Here is a list:
- Quality Seller, this means no negative trends on your selling platforms
- We will review that you have an ethical history in selling
- Have some kind of history in the retail side of challenge coins
Our requirements are fair, but we are looking for wholesalers that can sell on a consistant basis. We don’t dropship so how would we know? If you are in the program and haven’t made any kind of reorder that is a direct reflection that you are not selling. After 90 days of no ordering we will suspend the account and possibly terminate you from the program. If you can’t sell then we will find other retailers that can. We don’t dictate your prices. Sell for whatever you want, our price is clearly marked and that’s our stance.
Selling in other wholesale programs with other challenge coin companies is fine. You don’t need special permission from us to sell their products. Our products are completely different and should not impair a reseller.
We do NOT dropship. We do NOT handle your customer care for your customers. We are a source point and only deal with the person registered in our wholesale system.
